Planning to ride....Oh Alan, you are a one. Spectating not racing. I was thinking of channel hoping to Belge at some point this autumn.  There's a 3 weekend gap in our league, I thought it'd be a nice weekend away.

I tend to watch the GVA live on Sporza's website and the Superprestige on VT4's.

I can wholly recommend the Koppenbergcross, near to Oudenaarde. Fantastic atmosphere, as you'd expect, along with impeccable organisation.
If you visit this one, you could tie in your visit with a trip to the Tour of Flanders museum...

Dave - you know I always get the two mixed up, ever since I said I thought you rode for Team Here Come The Dutch...

I don't mean to be pedantic Dave, but the commentary is in Flemish.  A very similar language to Dutch, but it's insulting to a Vlannderaan to say they're speaking Dutch. Sorry, am I going on, I'll get me coat. :)
Okay - accepted - but I just knew it wasn't very Wallone - makes sense.  Sounds much more like dutch.  ... including the theft of the dutch word "Veldrijden" ...

I'll get mine...

Vlammse is to Dutch, as Scowsers are to English. Basically the same language, but spoken and sounding very different :)
