Challenge Fango's - how long will they last on the road?

Used them on Sunday at the Rapha race and thought they were great
even if I had too much air in the front! So, for training, how long will they
last on the road? Can't really be bothered swapping them on and off for road
tyres and don't have the luxury of multiple rims. So, will I kill them quickly
as I don't want to render them useless for the intended! Cheers

What, really?! Surely gotta be more cost effective to have a cheap set of spare wheels with road tyres for training, no?

I had some Fango FMB tubs - the tread wore pretty quick even just riding off road on trails and the like, let alone the road. They won't last long...............
