For Sale is my 2012 Trek Ion CX.

I have done nothing to this bike apart from clean and service it so all the fittings are as described by the manufacturer at http://www.trekbikes.com/us/en/bikes/road/cyclocross/ion_cx/ion_cx/.

I have been using the bike for commuting in London and it has been brilliant. So robust and quick. I haven't even got clips, just bog standard pedals and rugged tires and I can still give the hardcore lycra roadies a hard contest.

This bike is very light and very fast. I didn't get around to racing it but I could imagine it would be fantastic, just as it is as a bike for fun or commuting. This bike literally allows you to do almost anything. It is great around town a syou don't need to worry so much about pot holes as it is built for a bit more of a hammering being a cyclocross.

The SRAM Apex gear shifters are brilliant. I prefer them to Shimano any day. I am selling it because I think I am going to go fixie for a while and I don't have space for two bikes.
