I've ridden a couple of rounds of the NWCCA in the last fortnight and there have been two blokes with very expensive looking cameras and I don't know who they are or where their photographs go.  Quite used to saying hello to Soortsunday and Ed Rollasson but these two fellows seem fairly committed to photographing everyone as they sweat their way past.  Who are they?  Where are their photos?

Was wondering the very same......

It has been worrying me too. I try and keep my head down just in case a photo jeopardises my claim for disability living allowance...

I noticed those two guys and like you say they snapped every rider but never see their photos on the NWCCA site etc?

felt a tough yesterday it could have done with some sloppy mud - well organised and good marshals

Yep - a brill race if a little unseasonal in its speed and bike cleanliness. We still have two months of "winter" to come... so I'll be patient.

Hahaaaaa - ROFL.

I am more worried they are compiling some sort of fetish magazine - pain, mud, sweat and lycra!

The older of the two guys at Stadt Moers is Bob McMinn.

I've never been able to find where he posts the cycling photos he also does motor bike races and I've found some of them by searching on Bob McMinn in Google.

Have a chat with him next time you see him, he's a friendly guy.

Bob McMinn is a great photographer. In addition to cross events, he attends show jumping, and Motocross events and also closed circuit youth races at places like Southport Victoria Park.

Bob often focusses on getting good pictures of the kids racing and also takes time to encourage some of the younger riders before the start of a race.

On several occasions, he has also handed over large colour prints of my lads racing (free of charge and without request) which we thought was brilliant - infact, we have a couple of framed prints in our dining room.

You can become friends with Bob through facebook: Bob Mc Minn (liverpool) ....note the space between Mc & Minn.

I provide a couple of his photos:
