What is the minimum rim width people use with 700x35c tyres.
Sheldon Brown says the minimum internal width should be 17mm. but has anyone tried a narrower rim without any problems.

i tried sun m14 a and matrix iso c 2 ,
narrowest ones i know.
they still work
i have never seen a roadracerim that doesnt work with 35 mm tires

i know some people which use rigida dp 18 witzh 47-622 tires.
I have had problems rolling tubs in the past so the more surface area I can get glue on the better!
35-622 / 35-700 is clincher, not tub.

Narrower the rim, the higher the pressure you'll have to run to stop the tyre flopping over every time you try and corner.
