"It definitively IS worth it. Altough I get pointed here more by twitter, have used a few times to ask questions and the sales. I would say get member to pay/donate a small annual fee to subscribe. That might solve the money side of things. But…"

"Limus and Dugast sidewalls are pretty when new but age a bit quickly. Even if treated. Go for FMB Supermuds - they're a step up, have the same supple sidewalls as Dugasts and sidewalls much better prepped. Plus the base tape is better made."

Great idea for a site and good content - but the colours make it almost impossible to read!

Dark red type on busy, dark backgrounds with small type - I was really squinting.

I hope you read my comments in the constructive spirit I send them.

Is it worth it?

UKCyclocross.com is in its 7th year. Traffic and usage has grown year-on-year, but for a few quid or goodies donated by businesses for banner ads, its net value is in its users. It is a labour of love for me - I do love cyclocross and wanted to see some central place where we can go and share things, sell things, say things, ask things... but I'm not sure it's worth it.

Bradford National Trophy, Peel Park - a modern-day classic.

I don't know what it is, or how to describe just why, but this is still just the best 'cross course in our country.  (Okay - the best with under 7,000ft of climbing).

With my injury, I was a spectator this year, but did that spoil my enjoyment?  It did not.

Here's a big bunch of photos I took (sorry - i only just arrived at the end of the J / W event and only started taking pics for the U16s and Sen / U23 event.
