Dark red type on busy, dark backgrounds with small type - I was really squinting.

hi dave i ride 6 days aweek on the road from 2hrs to 3hrs then when the race calender 4 the races i ride 4hrs at weekend as i am a roadie till the cycle cross legue starts so my problem is on the grass . i try to run 20 /30 mins a day . do you practice from the top off the hill and out of the corners ?

Hi dave hope all is cool with family and stuff . i have found a great place to train on my cycle x . i have lived round it for so many years i just took time out and thought its like all the cycle x races route the firs in duston from open fields to a sand track up hill to a single forest woods along a up and down grass track . Hit at the wrong time 5:30 pm all the dog walkers are about but not much dog sh*t as there are at some places . i will look out to say hi at the nationals 25th .

Is it worth it?

UKCyclocross.com is in its 7th year. Traffic and usage has grown year-on-year, but for a few quid or goodies donated by businesses for banner ads, its net value is in its users. It is a labour of love for me - I do love cyclocross and wanted to see some central place where we can go and share things, sell things, say things, ask things... but I'm not sure it's worth it. 

The problem is mainly to do with cost. The software platform the site runs on works…

World Cup Cross comes to Britain in 2014

Breaking news from Namur - Britain will have its own World Cup Cyclocross event on 29th November 2014. The race will be in Milton Keynes.

Bradford National Trophy, Peel Park - a modern-day classic.

I don't know what it is, or how to describe just why, but this is still just the best 'cross course in our country.  (Okay - the best with under 7,000ft of climbing). 

With my injury, I was a spectator this year, but did that spoil my enjoyment?  It did not. 

Here's a big bunch of photos I took (sorry - i only just arrived at the end of the J / W event and only started taking pics for the U16s and Sen / U23 event.
