Great idea for a site and good content - but the colours make it almost impossible to read!

Dark red type on busy, dark backgrounds with small type - I was really squinting.

hi dave i ride 6 days aweek on the road from 2hrs to 3hrs then when the race calender 4 the races i ride 4hrs at weekend as i am a roadie till the cycle cross legue starts so my problem is on the grass . i try to run 20 /30 mins a day . do you practice from the top off the hill and out of the corners ?

Hi dave hope all is cool with family and stuff . i have found a great place to train on my cycle x . i have lived round it for so many years i just took time out and thought its like all the cycle x races route the firs in duston from open fields to a sand track up hill to a single forest woods along a up and down grass track . Hit at the wrong time 5:30 pm all the dog walkers are about but not much dog sh*t as there are at some places . i will look out to say hi at the nationals 25th .
