The Cane Creek SCX-5 cantis don't judder anything like out and out racing cantis (froggleg etc), and are a 'half way louse' between the two. Down to personal preference now...
You should be able to swap everything over apart from the brakes.
You'll need some cantis to work with the cross config.
For off roading, or cross racing you'll probably want to get some smaller chainrings, around 46 - 36.

We have two 'matching' Columbus frames.
One Alloy, One Carbon rear end.
The carbon rear has the same bridge at the bottom bracket/chainstay junction, and it does get clogged up much more easily than the alloy one.

I have some Mavic Mach 2 CD tubular rims on Shimano Tiagra Hubs.
Hubs are brand new, but the rims are used.
Just built up so all new spokes and nipples ect.
