You also mention a newcomers race,yes there are but you will find there are for younger riders basically juveniles,the term used is neuwelingen (excuse the spelling)

Perrin rode at Bredene was a relatively minor one,for whjch you can just enter on the line,i suggest you do what Barry has suggested and do a search on the web for other events,of course it may depend on what class you are as you don't say?
