what are peoples thoughts on running a mini summer cross series next year? maybe 4 events with the format similar to what Yorkshire do i.e. two races U14 and Over14.
I would be up for running at least 1 would anybody else be up for putting one on? I also have a series sponsor lined up if it gets off the ground.
i am thinking no prizes for individual races just an overall series prize list with possibly a team prize as well

You've probably seen the banner ad on this site - On One (~ Planet X) are right there - in at (pretty much) the start with their foot firmly down in the market adapting to disc brakes on cyclocross bikes. The fourth round of the British Cycling National Trophy Cyclo-cross series is now only one week away, and the scene is now set for an exciting day’s racing at the Moorways Stadium in Derby. After hosting the successful national championships in January, the Derby Cyclo-cross team has been rewarded this major event.

Picture me - 1991 and living in Sheffield as a student. I loved my bikes and had just really started getting into mountain biking after a few years of time trialling and the odd road race. Saturday 12th November see’s the North West Cyclo Cross League return to Otterspool Park for the 2nd time in a fortnight. Organised by the Liverpool Century Road Club, the Youth event will start the racing off at 11am with the main event starting at 1pm.
