Youngsters programme released for Derby Cyclo-cross National Trophy

With support from EMDA, Cycle Derby and British Cycling a full programme of events has been planned for younger cyclists at the Derby edition of British Cycling’s Cyclo-cross National Trophy series.

Wet wipes from the pits?

I love watching the cross races from the low countries and am perpetually tickled by the wiping of the jersey just before the finish so that people can 'see' the sponsor's logo. It's hilarious. Has anyone ever tried to experiment with this? If you wipe mud on your cycling jersey after an hour's racing in mud, does it turn clean? I'd be staggered if it does!! I thinki they should be permitted under UCI rules to hand out wet wipes to the leading rider so that they can have a good scrub at those… Continue

Gorgeous winter sunshine ... who'd have believed it!

The 2008/09 cyclo-cross season started in September with the most miserable wet day imaginable!

So who'd have believed that Round 12, incorporating the Midland Regional Championships, would dawn a crisp bright day ... Nick Craig was crowned Senior champ!
