Mad madison christmas cross
I'm thinking of doing the Mad Madison christmas cross at the NCC, can anyone explain how the madison works in a cross race.

I did it at the same venue a few years ago and it was a good laugh. Essentially it's a relay where a rider does one lap then, in a 'changeover' area on the course, simply tags his team member, who then does another lap.
